Sir i am from jhansi UP .one months ago sir i had a very serious accident from my bike pulsar 200 in which all front bike parts like headlight, handle, mask, alloy, front flap, speedometer wire got broken and many other things got broke down .i got my bike repaired from your bajaj service centre natraj automobile at jhansi they ordered bike of the part which were reqired . after my bike got repaired supervisor of the service centre told me my speedo meter wire, indicator sensor and my front flap sticker{Oil cooled} are not available at present they told me that they had put the order of both my parts which were not available . and part will come within one week or two week and when it will come they will come they will contact me .after that when i did not got any reply from service centre then i complaint i bajaj customer care cell .i told them my problem then they sended me a message that they have registered my complaint and sir they gaved me my comlain no which is 21998 and they will contact me soon . after that they ringed me up and asked me my spare part order .i told them the spare part which i want for my bike .they told me that they have noted down my order and contact me when the spare part will come.but sir now sir it has been a month till now they have not contacted me.
