Water theft

Respected Sir,

In my area there is theft of water pipeline from main bmc pipe which was damage during making of cement road. beside road there is one shop named Mahima Jwellers owner of that shop has taken illigal water pipeline in his shop & home pls do something as whole mumbai is facing water crisis and this people are just wasting water like anything.

I hope you will do something.
