I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER FOR BUYING 100PCS JEWELLERY SETS ON NAAPTOLL CUSTOMER HELPLINE AGAINST 100% REFUND GUARANTEE IN 15 DAYS. MY ORDER NO. IS 198231 DATED 04/03. AGAINST THIS ORDER I RECEIVED THE SETS ON DATED 12/03 BUT THE SETS QUALITY IS NOT GOOD. I RETURNED THE SETS TO THE NAAPTOL THROUGH ARAMEX COURIER ON DATED 17/03. I CALL THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT NO MANY TIMES FOR THE STATUS OF MY REFUND. BUT THEY TELL ME ALWAYS YOUR FILE IS IN PROCESS YOU WILL RECEIVED YOUR REFUND SOON BUT TILL TODAY 30/04 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND MONEY.
