Not recieve the item

I have ordered a 22crt kada pair on 5th of august and i have not get it yet. Naaptol is a very cheater company..they like to cheat people very much... They don't send my product yet or not given the money yet... i called several times to the naaptol customer care but still now they don't refund my money... plz refund my money as soon as possible
