Had purchased a AEROFIT 7.5 ELIPTICAL thru VICTORY SPORTS, GST ROAD CHROMEPET ON 20/12/09. Though sold as a maintenance free equipment, though it was purely used for domestic purposes by our family, exactly in one year time frame there was a problem in the equipment (By mid Dec '10). After making some 4-5 calls, the Service engineer came, Checked and said the Belt need to be changed. Again after another months delay they took the machine to their place and replaced the Belt and delivered it after almost two months from the date of registering the complaint (Ofcourse for a charge of Rs.1800/-). Immediately the following day there was noise coming from the Eliptical which was immediately reported. Again after frequent calls there is very little or no response from the dealer. Every time we call there were promises made like someone will visit and fix the issue the same day but this has been continuing for the past one month. We were unable to use the machine for almost 3 months by now. There is no proper reply or response from the dealer and the machine is lying idle till date (7th March 11).
The After sales service is very poor.
