We have bought ORBITREK a fitness equipment 6 months back from Tele Marketing. Recently (second week of January) the equipment malfunctioned and a part got dismantled and the belt which was driving the wheel worn out and we are unable to use the euipment. We complained to service personnel and waited, they did not turn up. We kept calling them again and again, they promised to come but again they did not come and attend the call. Date and time were given again and again they kept ignoring. Lastly we made a complaint they promised to come on 25.01.2012 they missed and again promised to come on 26.01.2012 till now they have not come. I think we have made aroung 12 complaints. Our last number was 7871619287 (Arjun) we called him today 27.01.2012 but he is not taking the call.
