I am fed up with defect pieces of ponds.

I am using this product from couple of years. In last 1 year, got 3 defective pieces of ponds whicte beauty.

Out of 3 times, did complain twice (at the shop I got the product from). but they dint take back even though it was defective. Its ridiculous. Now bought ponds age miracle for the first time, and its defective too (cream is similar to white beauty defective piece).

I did buy this product even after getting defective pieces, as it suited my skin. Now no more..., I am pissed off.

Toll free number mentioned on the box doesn't even exist... and I messages for which got an automatic response, but noone from the companby took personal interst on the complaint...

I still have 2 defective pieces with me. I will complain at consumer forum, and hand over these defective pieces...

Its bad from the company to ignore complaints..., they are responsible...
