With reference to my ordered no-904285221and my complaint no-65531505 i want to bring to your kind notice that i replaced a jewellery set and a pair of defective earings of another set i bought from homeshop 18 i.e a silver bonanza set from deccan pearls.the jeweelery i recieved was not the content of the combo so i retuned it back to hm18 to get it replaced as early as possible on 7th of july and yet after a quiet long time of 20 days i have not recieved it back .everytime i call your customer care they themselves are not sure of the status about the delivery of the right product they are not able giving the updates of the product.i am your regular customer i feel like i m misguided by ur customer care the first time i am going through such problem which is somrthing very dissappointing ..kindly do something that we recieve right kind of product and ofcourse on time.
