Sir, I Ashok raina account holder of your bank bearing Ac No 911010014315714, on dated 22-04for withdrawing some money from P.N.B ATM i insert my debit card into the atm machine, and enter my password after entering the password screen was blank i wait for 1 min there and than i cancel the process and left from there. after 10 min i got a massage on my mobile that your a/c has debited Rs 8000. now i want to know if i have not entered any amount on ATM how it will be possible, regarding that i have already registered a complaint to your customer care complaint no:-1104032033, atm code of p.n.b is N1176500, now i want you to take appropriate step to resolve the issue. hope u will cooperate me for the same. please reply for acceptance of this mail.
