Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is regarding to our TDR File on dated 26/11, Regarding to our reservation E-Ticket dated 26/08 Transaction ID- 0063250288 PNR No. 641-6382340 for dated 29/08 and Train No. 2801 (Purushottam Exp.) but Train was Late by 7 hours at Boarding Destination at Allahabad Junction so I did not take the train and Ticket could not be cancelled due to Chart Prepared so I Cancelled the Ticket by TDR File, against this cancellation I received only Half payment of Rs. 735/- against the Ticket amount of Rs. 1470/-. They have ensured me that the balance payment will be refunded soon but after contineus reminders no action taken. All the correspondance E-mail between IRCTC & me regarding refund are pasted below for your reference. So you are requested to look into the matter and take justified action.
