Lost share certificates and folio numbe

Hello sir,

We are holding the shares of the asian paints but have lost the

share certificates and folio number. The only thing I have is customer code 55-03-0067 622325

Please tell me what are the steps that I should take to obtain duplicate share certificates

and the latest status of shares?
