I am Walmik Suryabhan Wagh . from Yeola, District: Nashik.(Maharashtra) My Account is in SBI Yeola Branch. After my request, I have received new ATM card of SBI @ Dt. 12Nov.2010. Then next day (@Dt.13Nov.2010) I have gone in SBI's Yeola Branch for taking pin number from Bank; But The Manager told me to come after 10 days for this minor issue. Then I contact with customer care on toll free no.1800-11-22-11. Customer care Representative told me that, 'Your pin no.already sent to bank @9-11.& its dispatch bill No. is - EA-325737979-IN, So please go in bank and tell them this dispatch bill number. Then they will give you your pin no.' After this I had gone in bank, but there is one officer (named-Joshi) told me to contact with peon & bear me with very overbearing oppress.
So my question is-
Why Bank Manager & Staff Can't co-operate with customer?
Please, tell them that, 1) Bank workmens/Officers Are not the owners of Bank 2) Behave with customers as A Customer, Not Beggar.
