My name is “Agnimitra Ghosh”. I have a joint saving account with my wife in SBI “Plassey” branch which code is ‘1382’. My account no is ‘30557818962’ & our operation mode is “EITHER OR SURVIVOR. I am ATM card holder. So I applied for another ATM card for my wife on 12th April. But still now the ATM card is not delivered to me. So I kipping contact with SBI ‘Plessey’ branch for the ATM card. They are always saying me from ‘two month’ that your wife’s ATM card is issued & card will deliver to you by post. In case the card will not deliver by post than the card will be return to the bank. They are failed to give me a way by which I can get my wife’s ATM card. Now I am frustrated about that. Under this circumstance I can’t understand what I can do for getting the ATM card.
