Non withdrawal of cash from ATM

Sir,

I have the honour to state that I Shri Goutam Ghosal a account holder in your bank at Saktinagar branch, Krishnagar, Nadia, West Bengal. My account number is 00000011403147377 and ATM Card Number is 6220180615600015528. On 23rd September at 11.53 AM I inserted my ATM Card in your ATM Counter, which is located at Alipour B. Bhawan 2nd to withdraw Rs. 5000/-. But after sometimes my ATM Card returned back from the ATM machine without money. Surprisingly as per record slip it was shown that there is written SORRY TO UNABLE TO PROCESS” and Response code is 079. Several times it was happened same things. But why it is happened I don’t understand.

So I therefore request you Kindly take necessary action in this regard so that I can withdraw money from my ATM Card.
