Subject: Debit from my ATM Account No. 30382880632 without getting cash.

I am a saving bank account holder of SBI Bhadravati branch O.F. Chanda Maharastra. Sir I had been to Nagpur at Jayprakash Nagar branch on Sunday 06/12 at 13.46 hours I try to withdrew Rs. 10, 000 (ten thousands only) I got response as “ sorry unable to process “ no money had been dropped in drop box, but Rs. 10, 000 (ten thousands) had been minus from my account.

Subsequently I withdrew Rs. 30, 000 (thirty thousands) in three installments without any problem.

Sir I had lodged complaint immediately at SBI Bhadravati branch nothing is done for restoration of Rs. 10, 000 (ten thousands) instate I shock to see the statement when I print a pass book. There is an additional entry showing debit and credit of Rs 10, 000, but my problem of Rs 10, 000 is not solved till date.

I hope you will look into the matter and do needful.
