Non-receipt of Rs.8000/-withdrawl from ing vysya bank atm at malad mumbai fro my debit card

Dear Sir,

I tried to withdrawal an amount of eight thousand from ING VYSYA bank on 12th of February, which was declined by the bank but lateron when I checked my saving account this money had been shown withdrawn. I have already made complaints with your toll free number on 16/17th February when I reached back at Shimla but till date I could not get any response from you bank. Moreover, I have lodged this complaint with your Shimla Office also. You would agree that for a salaried person this much of amount is to much and inspite of my repeated requests your bank is unable to solve this problem and get back my money. I don't know why this delay has been caused in the case of money back and you should not tie up with such bank/ ATMs who are not understanding the value of money of the salaried employee.

Kindly look into the matter immediately and get my money back. If no response is received I have to go to the press and lodge a complaint with consumer forum.
