Atm wrong transaction

Respected Mahesh Sir,

I, father of Mr. Y.Pradeep wish to state the following for your kind consideration and favourable action, please.

2. On dated 18.12.09 at about 0845 hours, my son Y.Pradeep has tried to withdraw amount through Andhra Bank ATM at Bharat Nagar Branch. Hyderabad. At first instance, Rs.10, 000 was drawn and next time tried for withdrawing a sum of Rs.10, 000/-, an error in the code was displayed. But the amount of Rs.20, 000/- was mentioned as drawn erroneously. The same has been intimated to the concerned official of both Andhra Bank & SBI on the same day itself.

3. My son Y.Pradeep is having account at SBI, SVU Branch, Tirupati. The actual amount drawn by me is Rs.10, 000/- only. The another amount of Rs.10, 000/- as mentioned “drawn” has not received through the ATM. The related receipts have been submitted to the SBI, SVU Branch Tirupati for further crediting of Rs. 10, 000/- in to my son’s account No. 30766366392. My son has submitted a complaint with SBI Tirupati on 19.12.09 and all required documents have been submitted. But till date, the amount has not been credited in to my son’s account. The details are as under:-

Ticket No. : AT 429246853

Txn No. : 5285 dated 18.12.09

ATM ID: wc 583501 622018011970013782 dt.18.12.09

4. On dated 17.03. I have personally approached the bank officials who look after the ATM complaints, told that my son’s case is under progress. A fresh complaint has been mailed and its ticket No. is AT 4292117021 dated 17.03.2010. They are not responding as per the requirement and simply saying that “your case has been sent to Mumbai and they will do the needful”. After elapsing 4 months time, the amount has not been credited in to my son’s account.

5. In view of above, it is requested that the amount of Rs.10, 000/- shown as ‘drawn’ erroneously, may please be credited to my son’s account at the earliest so that he can draw the amount. In case of any other documents required for early disposal, please give me mail so that the matter should be finalized at the earliest.
