I had taken 04 policies from Aviva (2006 onwards). Today I need to paid-up those policies due to poor services but customer care at their office in JMD tower, DLF-Phase II, Gurgaon refused to entertain my written application.
I have written to their corporate office at Gurgaon, DLF- phase V, sector-43, Gurgaon-12 but also there is no response from their side even after 1.5 month.
In this view, with customer, there remains no complaint no. or reference no. with to track the complaints.
What actions can I take as a customer against Aviva?
What help can this side provide to customers like me?
