ATM not working from last 3 years properly

Sir

I am one a/c holder of that bank stayin at Kamptee road Nagpur, i had make complain to conser branch from 3 years so many times about status of ATM of Kamptee Roan Nagpur, in that ATM we can not get SLIP print out not we can see display on Sreen, not the switches work of that ATM, and only 1 ATM in that location and that one is not workin properly from last 3 yeras
