ATM MACHINE TECHNICAL FROUD CAUSED MY AMOUNT DEBITED

HI,

THIS IS RAJU GUNNAL FROM HYDERABAD, I HAVE THE AXIS BANK SALARY A/C NO. 068010100510295, ON FEBRUARY 2ND 2010 I HAVE GONE TO ANDHRA BANK ATM CENTER WHICH IS LOCATED AT MOSA BOWLI, CHARMINAR THERE I HAVE TO WITHDRAW RS/- 5000, ON THE SCREEN I HAVE ENTERED TO WITHDRAW 5000 BUT THE AMOUNT I RECEIVED IS RS/-4500 ONLY, WHEN I SPOKE WITH THE SECURITY GUARD HE SAID THAT " THERE MIGHT BE THE SHORTAGE OF AMOUNT THAN WHAT YOU HAVE TRIED TO WITHDRAW" AND SOONLY I LOGGED ON NETBANKING I FOUND THAT THERE WAS RS/- 5000 DEDUCTED, I REALLY SHOCKED, SO ON THE SAME DAY I CALLED TO AXIS CUSTOMER CARE REGARDING MY RS/- 500 SHORTAGE BALANCE, THEY GIVEN ME WITH SOME COMPALINT NO. AND ASKED ME TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER 12 WORKING DAYS BUT FOR MANY DAYS I COULD'NT GOT ANY BALANCE BACK, AGAIN I CALLED THE AXIS BANK ON 31-MARCH THEY SAID THAT THE COMPLAINT STATUS IS STILL IN PROGESS-CUSTOMER CARE AGENT WAS NOT SURE OF WHAT EXACTLY STATUS OF MY COMPLAINT, SO I ASKED HIM TO AGAIN RAISE THE COMPLAINT AND PROVIDE ME WITH THE COMPAINT NO. HE PROVIDED ME WITH THE COMPALINT NO. I.E. 9982516 BUT STILL WAITING FOR LONG NO RESPONSE.

AGAIN THE SAME THING HAPPEN TO ME, BUT THESE TIME I HAVE RECEIVED NOT EVEN SINGLE RUPEE THAN WHAT I TRIED TO WITHDRAW, ON 10-APRIL, I WENT TO HDFC BANK ATM CENTER WHICH IS LOCATED AT OPPOSITE TO ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT, MADINA, HYDERABAD, AT THIS TIME I HAVE ENTERED TO WITHDRAW RS/- 9500 THE MOVEMENT I ENTERED TO WITHDRAW THE ATM SCREEN TOOK SOME TIME MORE THAN THE NORMAL TIME AND AFTER 2-3 MINUTES IT SHOWN ON THE SCREEN THAT "TRANSACTION TIMED OUT" I DID'NT EVEN RECEIVED A SINGLE RUPEE, I REALLY SHOCKED AGAIN, IN THE SAME ATM CENTER I INSERTED CARD AGAIN AND TRIED TO ENQUIRE ABOUT MY BALANCE I FOUND THAT THERE WAS RS/-9500 DEDUCTED I GOT FRUSTED ABOUT THESE KIND OF ATM MACHINES AND AFTER EVEN LOGGING COMPALINT WITH THE AXIS BANK NO RESPONSE, AGAIN I CALLED TO AXIS BANK CUSTOMER CARE AND RAISED A COMPLAINT THEY PROVIDED WITH THE COMPLAINT NO. I.E. 10008264 TODAY I WAS REALLY NEED OF THE MONEY WHICH I HAVE TO PAY FOR DD FOR MY EXAM, I GOT TEARS IN MY EYES THAT WHAT HAPPEN THESE AND WHY THIS HAPPEN TO ME ONLY, NOW I HAVE DECIDED THAT I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE WITHDRAW CASH FROM ANY ATM CENTER, I AM GOING TO USE THROUGH CHEQUE PROCESS ONLY.

I REQUEST AXIS BANK AUTHORITY TO LOOK ON THESE AND REVERT BACK MY BOTH THE AMOUNT, AS IT REDUCES THE BANK REPUTATIONS AND THE CUSTOMER CONFIDENCE ON THE BANK.

I REQUEST THE CONSUMER AUTHORITY ALSO TO LOGGE A COMPLAINT AND TRY TO RESTRICT THESE KIND OF PROBLEM FROM ATM CENTER OR BY BANK.
