Atm cum debit card

I m sitting on internet for booking a train ticket but payment through my card has been blocked, while one day before i was booked a another ticket.waiting list of the same is growing up and i cant able to book my ticket. why my card bloocked i get lost my chance of journy on behalf of atm card.how i can manage .the railway station is more than 60 kms.kindly resolved the same
