Sending Statements on mail without having an Account with the Bank

From past 5 months, i am regularly getting Axis Bank Statement in my name without even having a account with them.

I called few months back at their Customer Care # 1800 233 5577. They told it may be a System error and will rectify it.

Till now mailing of statement at my mail id is continuing.

Is it any fraud or identity theft? Where should i complain?
