ATM failure, no cash disbursed

On 16 Apr (Saturday) I tried to withdraw Rs. 7, 000 from AXIS ATM Machine (Kopri Branch, Thane).

I guess the software had some problem and it showed time expired and transaction canceled, but the amount got deducted from my account

I had logged a complaint in the complaint book of Axis Bank at ATM Centre and complaint number is 1309 or 1389 (not clear in the copy)

We went to Axis Bank (Thane Branch), but they said to complain at SBH Branch

Amount: Rs 7, 000

I have registered a complaint with Axis Bank in the complaint book at ATM (Kopri Branch, Thane) and also with my branch manager of State Bank of Hyderabad, Seawoods Branch, but still no solution

As per our communication with SBH, Seawoods Branch, there system displays "Account is debited, but cash wasn't disbursed"

Please help me get this issue resolved
