ATM Failed Transaction

HI,

This is sekhar, on the 6th sep i went through a debit transaction of amount 7000 from an ICICI bank ATM near hitech city, madhapur, hyderabad through Axis saving account debite card. But the transaction has failed, even i got the failed notification transaction receipt also. But the amount debited from my Axis bank saving account
