To bring to the kind notice of AXIS BANK CREDIT CARDS .
This is really rediculous that what u are doing with your clients is not good, i am sorry to say this, i never get my statments on time, as well i do make the payments on time, i have always deposited more amount if i had a bill of 10, 345 than i always deposit the upper amount i-e 11, 000.
Previous Month i have received the statment that other debit charges have being imposed on my card.
I dint get the statment for the previous to previous month, as i have deposit appox amont RS 9500 where after my deposit i got a message that ur amount due was Rs 10389.
As there was no statment for that month, i have deposit approx that amount. They have charged me Rs 600 for the interst.
I have a word with customer care dept, as per their guideline they told me that you are a prstigious customer, on seing your previous records we will waved of your debit intrest charges. They insured me that pls deposit the total amount which contains that charges, we will waved off.
After i had made the payments, they have sended me an sms that your request has being declined for reversal, as having the chat with there c.c dept they always tell pls call us after sometime as sytems are slow and we are not able to process ur request.
Looking forward the proper justification, my card no is 40**********4246
