Non tranfer of money

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am havig my salary account in axis bank, Noida sec-16.On 7th/April Saturday (8 p.m) i have used there internet bank service because i want immediate transfer of money to my friends account of 1100/-Rs. I got the message on my cell phone that 1100Rs 25rs service charge is deducted from my account and my friend also got the message of receiving on her cell phone. But when next day on Sunday she checked the balanced of her account money is not tranferes. Then on monday9/april, i gave written intimation to the bank and Then Mrs. Anju Gupta (assistant manager) said me to mail also the same complaint to our email id (Anju. [email protected]). On the same day i have mailed them and they said your money will get transfer in2or 3working days.again after 5 days i have mailed them they said it is in process. But on20th April, again i have sent my friend to bank to talk on same issue because i am in marketing field in West Delhi so i am not able to go so far at bank because it will sufffer to my job.on that day they harass my friend lot but they didnot give me proper answer. When in evening i seen my mail on that day they sent me mail that your complaint is lodged and given me this complaint number:- 1204-045608.

Please i want Justice to recover my money. I got the loss of around2000 Rs.
