One of the worst service I am getting from Axis bank for updating my communication address against my Loan account. I already provided all relevant and valid documents at the time of submitting my loan request but the worst/illiterate employees of Axis bank updated incorrect address in the system, because of that I did not received my Welcome Kit for personal loan. I requested several time for correction but no one is helping me. Its been 5 month I did not received my welcome kit. They are regularly deducting the emi from my account but, Axis bank is unable to give service to me.
If Axis bank is providing such service to customer then I will suggest all my friends to not to go with Axis bank.
