I am having a savings account with axis bank no. 011010100213561 with internet banking facility. For last two month I am unable to connect the internet banking due to some error occured in my one touch net secure device which every time generates a wrong code. After intimating this problem to their customer care service for several times no result came. Also wrote several e-mails to IBRM service of axis bank. Every time they reply promptly saying problem has been sorted out. But when I try to connect the internet banking the same error message appears. Then I sent the snap shot of the computer screen with the error message and the print screen with the error message to IBRM. Now they have stopped replying to my mails. I went twice to the branch (Golpark, Kolkata) given written application. Though already a month is over after giving the application at the branch I am yet to get a reply / answer from them. Please advice me under this type of situation what should I do? To whom to approach?
