REFUND MY AMOUNT

This is Ajay Saini I ma havinf an account with AXIX BANK (A/c No - 909010045349842) west Delhi uttam nagar. I have tried to make transaction of Rs 5000/- from Milap Nagar, Uttam Nagar ATM on 13-oct-10 but because of some technical difficulties I didn't received the amount, but the amount of Rs. 5000/- was deducted from my account.

I had already made my complaint registered on your custmour care on same day (Complaint No. - 4424080) but no action has been taken yet form your side and still I am waiting for probable solution.

I had already met with your ATM's cell care in Vikas Puri, Delhi, but they were also unable to provide me with appropriate solution and made me to contact the branch office. On 09-Nov-10.I visited your branch office in Uttam Nagar where I submitted my written complaint too and they committed that amount Rs. 5000/- will be adjusted in my account within a week’s time but still no amount have been adjusted yet even after visiting your branch office several times and every day they make wrong assurance that money will be refunded within 2 or 3 days. And I lost another Rs.7000/- to every time visiting to their office, nd mental panic of Rs.100000/-

Today is 28 January But no action has been taken yet. Now the situation is slipping away from my end & now this is my last effort from my side, I requested to consumer will refund my all amount to axix bank.
