Dear Sir,

My pan number is CMIPS9387Q

My Name is Shaik Babji and i applied for Pan No. and the same was allotted to me to above said No. and Pan card was not received by me when i enquired to the courier service he said that your pan card is send back. The Courier person sent back my pan card without contact me. However i give my cell / M. No. in

the application form.

We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the PAN card again.
