Applied for new PANCARD in place of old torn out. Letter recieved from your office on 5/01, vide letter number 151048754 / PPC / 99177 / GSD-PAN dated 14th Dec stating old PANCARD issued has been deactivated by INCOME-TAX dept.
It is regretted to state that so far new PANCARD is recieved by me.

Kindly arrange to send new PANCARD at the earilest
