Not responding after taking money fron credit card

I received a call from Bag It Today Tel no - 01204754200 on dt 24.11.10. stating that i was one of the 3 people to be selected today for either a cash back of Rs.50, 000 or diamonds. I ordered a product samsung handy cam worth Rs.11399/- under booking id no 110097025 & duly paid shipping cost of Rs.1798 vide booking id no.110097030through my credit card. i was later informed that i was successfully eligible for (a) cash back of Rs.1 lakh payable by Demand draft & or diamonds by the computer draw & there would be no further requirements needed to be fulfilled excepting purchase of any one pack from your end. I made mydiscussion along with the executive that i am not ready for a anathore transaction. but he said this is the last call and after this transaction you will get all your product one samsung handy cam, one 32" lcd tv and dimond. I pay Rs43900/-with a book id_110097039. The representive told me that your order will be despathed within 48 hrs. and you will get a confermation mail by today evening (dt24.11.10). But after one day on 26.11.2010 another call came and he again forced me for a closing id 110097420 transaction of 3199/-.He again assured me to send the confermation mail by tommorrow.next day i contact custumercare for the order stastus. miss jyoti told me that system upgradtion is going on so contact next day. On wednesday mr niraj t told me that my address is not available in their computer. so send ur address to [email protected] and contact us. Now they are not picking the phone. I have not yet got any reply back so far. They assured me that all the material will be despached to me within 48 hrs. But since 10 days has passed.

. Further, you are also requested to take severe action against your executives for misleading people by giving wrong information to boost their sales which is unethical.

I expect an immediate action from your end.

several times I contact costumer care but different person are giving different reply.

Some body (costumer care executive) said due to technical problem your order has not been puched yet. I cound not understand that. The deal strat with a Benifit of 50000/- and they took Rs 60000/- from my credit card. Now your costumer care is not giving any detail abt trasanction. They are not giving any mail or sms as they have commited to give within 24 hrs after booking.they are regularlly taking excuses. Either you solve my problem immedietly or cacel the order and return my money to credit card. Other wise I will be force to lodge a F.I.R. and I will be bound to take the matter to consumer court. I will also send a letter to my banker to get back my money to my A/c with interest..Since your comapny is a part of big reputed India today group I might Expect a justice from you before choosing any other way. I am running thorugh very much depression and it hampering my day to day life. Send my complain id
