Pf claim process very slow

Dear sir,

I, mrityunjay, PF no. MH/34020/021346 had submitted my PF claim form on 19th aug'09 to my co. who after settling my Full & final claim sent my PF claim form to its agent RELIABLE CONSULATNAT, THANE (phone no.022-25831301) on 9th of oct. The agent submitted my PF claim form on 17th of oct'09 who says that I will recieve my claim in MARCH'09 which is approx. 6 months

Sir they say that it is because there is huge load of PF claim from this co. What on earth they do in this period of 6 months. Can u tell me what exctly is the reason behined this long wait? The employees from this co. are suffering a lot in recieving their claim who get it after waiting for a year or even one & a half year.

I totally disagree that it takes such a long time in recieving the claim. Kindly act soon & find as to what is the real reason behind this delay, otherwise, we would lose faith in this organisation.
