Dear Sir/Madam,

This is for your kind notice that in our Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co Ltd. Account no. 11114895435 amount of Rs.1, 25, 000/- & Rs.10, 000/- debited on dated 13-03 & 14-07. In this regard we are in regular touch with SBI Orai from last 2 years but they are not responding or providing any acknowledge against this complaint. All the time they said that there audit is going on, Branch Head is not there etc.

Said amounts was marked by our Statoury Auditors. It would be geat help of your if we get reply against this compliant.
