Want to surrender my policy no.0086116812

Dear Sir,

I have Unit Gain Plus Gold Size One Policy of above number Which I purchased on 11th Feb.

I Purchase it from Jankalayan Sahakari Bank, Ghatkoper (W) Branch. While Purchase the same your

agent in jankalayan bank told me after 3 years you can surrender the policy and take the mony as per

NAV when you surrender the policy.

Now I want to know, whether I can surrender My policy & what are the charges for the same.
