Hi,
This complaint is regarding Bajaj Allianz Motor Insurance Company. I have TAKEN my motor insurance policy on the 29 of December from Bajaj Allianz. They promised me that i will receive the soft copy of the policy document within 2 hours and I have not received the same till now.
Despite several calls to their customer care department, I got a call in the evening saying that there is a problem because since my car has a registration number of Delhi, it will require inspection??
