Bajaj allince
A/C debited but cheque bounced

I am an account holder in S.B.I Mathura Refinery Project branch.

I had issued a cheque (042146) to Bajaj alliance as against the insurance my own car for Rs7958/-.Same amount has been debited from my A/C on date 19/09.

But as per Bajaj alliance cancelled cheque has been returned back to them without giving them any amount to their A/C.They have send me a Xerox copy of returned cheque. The original is with them only.

neither bank nor bajaj alliance is taking any initiative to resolve the problem. SBI Mathura branch is telling that they can not furnish details of A/C where the cash has been paid because it has been cleared from new delhi branch.
