Sir,

I had taken a policy of TATA AIG Life insurance policy no. C126623073 from Bajaj Capital in the name of my son Sidharth Samantaray in the month of Jan. While having seminar with executive of Bajaj Capital (Ms Ruchi Sharma) I was shown a catalogue having some 15-16 advantages of taking insurance through Bajaj Capital. Few points amongst it were like - Premium collection from door, free Rs 4 lac insurance upto the age of 70 yrs, door to door customer service etc. But forget the free insurance they didn't even turn up in Jul 11 for collection of next premium. If such a big company like Bajaj Capital makes false statements (just think Bajaj Company such a huge company, even my grand father was a fan of it), then how can some body rely on others. I am really astonished with this ir-responsible behaviour of Bajaj Capital at Bikaner. I even got a call from Bajaj Capital office from New Delhi and they assured that their agent (the so called executive) will be coming to my door very soon to collect the premium but to no vain. I also know that the office at New Delhi must have informed the Bikaner Office, but who cares, once they have got a customer. But yes I have asked few of my friends who after listening to the benefits of Bajaj Capital were planning to have few insurances from them and certainly now they will never ever visit Bajaj Capital. I only wanted to inform the best and best so called services provided by the big BAJAJ Capital...
