I was emplyee of bajaj capital insurance broking co. delhi.my emplyee id is DL/ 28730/1315 & business code is 40994. I left the company in February & submit form No 19 & 10c . my form have been received in epf office in march & my claim id is DSNHP110300008632 of form No 19 & form No 10c claim id is DSNHP110300008636. my payment is still awaited from epf side. it isrequested that kindly settle my claim & send my amounts cheque as per soon as possible . my A/c No is 005501528982 in ICICI bank.
