PAN card status
Not receiving the PAN Card

I Mr. Rakesh R, had applied for new PAN Copy, Acknowledgement Number : 881020109730213, after few days status updated like Name and identity mismatch as they require intials to be expanded, for this reason i got a letter from the notary stating that my name Rakesh R is known as Rakesh Ramesh and also the address of my residence.. Still this people are having problem though we provide valid proof... Kindly help to get the PAN Card at the earliest.
