Poor service and purposefully put additional charges

Sir,

I took a vehicle loan for Bajaj pulsar 150cc from Bajaj auto finance ltd, edapally, ernakulam, kerala.

Loan No: L2WCOC 00028205. I Accepted there conditions including ecs payment. I gave my HDFC cheque leaf for my ecs payment. After one month my job is lost and my account changed to axis bank. The hdfc account got cancelled bacause of salary account rule.

After that i requested several times to bajaj finance for my ECS account change. They are not ready to change my ecs because of some outstanding in my account. Sir is it a reason for changing my ecs account? 1 year 2 months payment left for me, out of 1 year 10 month payment there is only 1 payment is pending for me.

They put lot of late payment fees and cheque bounce charges in my account. Rs 15000 is charged against my account. And they are not ready to collect my payment before due date, after bouncing my cheque they will send some agencies and tortured me.

Sir, Is it possible to change my ecs, i am ready to pay one payment by cash after changing my ecs account. Kindly do the need full as early as possible
