Miss understand me and not tell how much is service charge

I am miss understand me big service charge imposes my first premiums (Premiums amount 1 my account allocated just 5500 rupees). I take this bajaj alliance Insurence policy through RMP the Agent not tell me this huge service charge matter. I get policy documents two week delay through postal so I cant reject this policy.
