Failed Transaction from Debit card

Hello sir

I had withdrawn Rs 2000 rupee from my PNB account through debit card of PNB from AXIS bank ATM on date 22/10/ 2010. I did not get cash and but my account balance is deducted by Rs 2000. I had complained for this on their customer care many times, but there is no any response of that. Please help me.
