I was in roaming. I was having a balance of Rs 65/- on 29 july. on 30 july it was deducted and made as 0

my 65/- rupees were deducted and there is no response and solution from customer care

i want my money back. my airtel number is 8527507820

please help me out, please i am in roaming . i called customer care 3 times.
