Debit amount from my account

Dear Sir,

I have savings account in the State Bank of India, february i was not using any withdraw from ATM and Bank too. but they were taken the Rs.2500/- amount debit from my account, i was asked them but still they did not give me the reason for debit amount, what happen the debit amount? can u pls help me.
