Money return

Dear sir, i am working in saudi arabia. feb10 i am send money to india. that money my saudi bank to federal bank then federal bank to my bank. but federal bank they didn send my money. they return to saudi arabia. why they cancel my amount? please check my problem. i am attach that email page. thanking you sir.
