Non activation of SMS alert/internet banking services on my S.B.A/Cs

Subject: To activate SMS alert and internet banking services (transaction mode)

Sir,

It is informed that I have applied for SMS alert and internet banking services on 23rd April on Saving Bank Account No. 0731001500010118. It is regretted to say that I have neither received the SMS on my Mobile No. 9506472917 nor user ID/password for doing the needful.

In this connection I consult to our Bank i.e.P.N.B., M Block, Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur on 28th April Shri Shukla ji, PRO, Shri Mishra ji, S.B. Accounts incharge and Dy. Manager, Shri Gupta ji, (The Bank Manager not available in the chamber of Manager) but there is no any fruitful replies given by the Bank Staff even after my presence in Bank about 2 hours i.e. from 11am to 1pm.

You are therefore requested to do the needful to activate the SMS Alert/Internet banking services on my saving bank account without any further loss of time.
