I am writing this complaint painfully because this month two times Loan EMI was deducted from my bank account, that is, on 5th Dec & 24th Dec. I have taken a loan amount of Rs. 131000/- from Barclays Bank in Delhi, India. Normally EMI used to deduct on 5th of every month but this time it is deducted twice. I have spoke to the customer care executives & their supervsors not I have not received any justice in reimbursing the wrongly deducted amount back to my account. At the same time, these executives tried shut my mouth explaining that I have not done the EMI payment in the month of March & April which got deducted in this month. I am attaching the bank statement which clearly explains that I have made the payment in the month of March & April so that Barclays bank can get the EMI from my account. I expect some help from end to stop the cheating customer service by the Barclays bank which has the branch only in Delhi & I am a customer from Kerala; I am afraid that how do I beleive this bank for full & final settlement of my loan which I am planning to avoid similar problems in future. Please do the needful. I tried to attach the supporting Bank statement for your reference but it is not getting attached.
