I would to bring to your kind information that 2 months back, I receive a phone call from TATA AIG, Mumbai stating that they are providing such and such offer to Kotak Mahindra Bank customers. I did not agreed to their request nor I gave any consent to them for the Policy. They said that they are sending some
document for information for which they will be charging Rs 10 10 and If l interested by seeing the document they will take my consent in writing then only this policy will continue.
From the SMS of the bank on 17.12.09 I came to know that approx Rs 515/- has been deducted as premium of Tata AIG Policy. I want to make it very clear that I have not given any consent to deduct such amount from Account verbally / written. It was only verbal request that only Rs 10 10 will be deducted from my
account for 2 months.
I have already written to you customer care and spoken to your toll free nos to stop the policy and refund the money deducted but till date I have not heard any thing from them.
I am sorry to mention that I have not expected such type of dealings from such a reputed Organisation like yours. I have great regards for Tata Groups, I live in Jamshedpur and I have worked for 9 years in Tata Steel Cement Division.
Please stop the policy at once made (without my verbal/written consent) and return the money deducted from my account at the earliest.
I have also instructed my bank not to entertain such request in future.
