Net banking user ID & password

The net banking user ID and password which they have sent to me after I requested for a new user ID and password are not working when I use them. When I approach my branch at Seethammadhara they advised me to give a complaint. Hence this complaint. Please do the needful. My A/c no is 27470100000074.
